2、要有良好的用電環境，ICP在點火的瞬間，功率還是很大的，所以電源要不低于10千瓦，實驗室要單獨供電，特別是企業，不要和其它大功率的生產設備共用電源，因為其它大功率設備啟動時會對儀器測試造成比較大的影響，甚至損壞儀器。電壓要相對穩定，頻率也要穩定，可以用示波器去監測，要有良好的正弦波形，不能有脈沖或方波。最好要有穩壓電源，向廠家咨訊購買何種型號的穩壓電源。不是每一種穩壓電源都是可以使用的。我也曾遇到過電的問題，企業有可控硅生產線，結果整個電網頻率不穩，儀器怎么調也不穩，后來單獨拉了一條線，一切搞定。

3、ICP光譜儀在使用中要有良好的通風，所以至少要在實驗室留下安裝通風的位置。也不要在沒有廠家安裝圖紙的情況下安裝好通風，到時候儀器來了有可能位置高度均不合適，哪樣就得重新安裝通風。如果想提前安裝，可以詢問廠家，一般廠家都會提供一個詳細的安裝圖紙，可以按圖紙安裝。
